PARTY AT THE BARN

Helena Hollow farm parties take place in our 3,000 square feet Party Barn. During a farm party, your guests will get the chance to experience the farm life while never leaving the city limits!

Farm parties feature our Party Animals which include (but are not limited to) llamas, goats, turkeys, pigs, ducks, geese, cows, horses, donkeys, and more! Each Party Animal has a name, personality, and mind of his/her own and make for quality entertainment! Your guests will get to pet and engage with the animals for the duration of your event and even get the opportunity to feed them! Decorations, yard games, & entertainment are provided by us. Show up with a kid & a cake and HAVE A BALL!

Please note birthday parties and other private events at Helena Hollow DO NOT include the rental of slides, swings & other attractions. These facilities are only made available during open to the public events.

  • 2-hour reservation (add $100 per additional hour if needed--only available for the 10-12 or 7-9 slots)*

  • Decor of your choice on 4 center barn tables

  • Animals stalled full 2 hours

  • Corn hole included

  • Feed provided to feed animals

  • Firepit accessible (firewood provided by customer)

  • One restroom on site + additional portable toilets

  • Electricity accessible

  • Electric Heaters 

  • 11 Ceiling fans for summer

*If you would like additional time added to a 1-3pm or 4-6pm time slot, two time slots would need to be purchased. Helena Hollow must be able to book all 4 time slots each day. If you choose to book 10-12 or 7-9 and add time, additional time must be added to the *beginning* of 10-12 or *end* of 7-9 as not to interrupt the two midday slots.

PLEASE NOTE:  In order to serve alcohol at any of Helena Hollow's party venues, alcohol liability insurance must be purchased. Please call us at 205-541-8150 for instructions and requirements.

Decoration Options

One of the following decoration packages is included in your party reservation for the 4 center picnic tables! Having a joint party? For $10 more, choose two packages and we'll decorate the Party Barn half and half! Click the picture to enlarge & read description.
*All party packages include four decorated tables in the center of the barn. Additional undressed tables will be available.
**All decoration packages are subject to minor changes.
